HPPFAB SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Packages with HPPFab:
Please note this is our most economical shipping option. Ground Service from any company does not guarantee delivery time though they give you estimates. For any shipments out of the USA please contact before the purchase is made for prices. See International Packages info below.
Restock & RMA: Please note any package returned will be subject to a 15% restock fee to cover out bound shipping costs, packaging, customer service, etc. Please contact us for returns and to get a RMA number.
Canceled orders: Order processing fees from card and processing companies are unavoidable on our end and non refundable after an order has been processed/purchased by the customer. Regardless of shipment status, if an order is canceled we will deduct 4% from your refund as we are not refunded this amount either. No exceptions. Please be sure of your order before placing an order.
International Packages:Please note we work hard to ship International packages as quickly as possible. Due to added paperwork and other associated tasks these packages sometimes do not go out the same day. Contact us for best pricing and timing.
Day of Shipment: Shipping is usually completed within the next day unless it is a special order. Please contact us for details if shipping needs to be expedited.

During any Sale, all sales are Final! On used parts please contact for returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it for any reason.

***Please Note: ALL processed sales incur a 3% processing fee. This fee is NOT refundable in any circumstance, whether the product has shipped or not.***
***All shipments need to be opened within 5 days of delivery to confirm the contents of goods. Any concerns after 5 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of HPPFab.
Please note: any approved RMA MUST be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval. Due to recent fraud and price increases we will not accept packages outside of this window. Customers who ship outside of this window will have a null/void RMA and will be responsible for paying return shipping to receive their item back.

Items are NOT to be returned in their retail packaging. Retail packaging/boxes must be shipped inside a shipping box. Do not affix a label to a retail or product box. Items will not be accepted and customers will be responsible for paying for return shipping for non accepted products.
Approved Items are Subject to a 30% restock fee.
No Processed Orders will be 100% refunded. We are charged a processing fee for orders which is not refundable to us and therefore will not be to you the customer, if your order has not shipped we will subtract this 3% fee from any refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You now own the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and UNOPENED in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If an item is not purchased through HPPFab directly, we will not accept a return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Closeout Items: Closeout or Discontinued Items may not be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Used parts can only be exchanged if there is one available.
